First, the quality of the kydex sheath itself is fine. I was surprised at how tight the fit was but it will hold the tourniquet. However, the tech-lok attachment is bulky enough to make this useless for discrete carry.

Very sturdy, my EDC TQ fits perfectly, and the belt clip is great. I ended up mouthing it to my Tuxton mag pouch.
